Please join NAIOP Central Ohio on Thursday, May 30 at 4pm for a tour of Parkside on Pearl at E Hubbard Avenue and Pearl Street in the heart of the Short North Arts District. Parkside on Pearl features 35 residences for-rent with the highest-level finishes, massive private outdoor terraces, and an Indiana limestone cladding. With rents ranging from $2,495 to $7,995, Parkside represents the highest rents that have been delivered to Central Ohio. The development also includes a cafe that opens up on to Italian Village Park, underground parking, and a large lobby with poured terrazzo floors. Tyler Puhl, President of The Wood Companies, will be in attendance to show the group around, and briefly explain The Wood Companies' history and strategy in developing its holdings in the Short North.
