Please join Central Ohio NAIOP on Friday, August 12th at 11:45 for a lunch presentation by Jeff Milanaik, the current 2022 NAIOP Chair. Jeff will provide an NAIOP chapter update and outlook of the commercial real estate industry. Milanaik is a Partner, Northeast Region, with Bridge Industrial, where he is responsible for the acquisition and development of investment-grade industrial buildings that provide opportunities to add value.
