Blockchain Real Estate Transactions – The Future is Now!
Join us for our first program of 2019, where Rob Zwink, Co-Founder and CTO of Columbus based SafeChain, will guide us through the making of U.S. history here in Franklin County! During 2018, SafeChain worked with the Franklin County Auditor’s office during the annual sale of forefeited property, facilitating the sale of 36 forefeiture properties via blockchain. Mr. Zwink will share with us a brief overview of the blockchain transaction process, discuss the experience of the Franklin County transactions specifically, and offer his insights into blockchain transaction management’s future in commercial real estate, both public and private transactions.
